If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible A’Bora Luxe items* within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund.

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • All sales taxes will be refunded for North American orders.
  • Outbound shipping fees, including expedited shipping, from the original order are not refundable.
  • Taxes and duties are NOT refundable for International orders. 
  • Refunds can take up to 30 days to process once received at our Distribution Facility. You will be notified of the refund by email once processed. It can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the form of payment. All refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

We are only able to assist customers who purchase A’Bora Luxe products directly from our website, aboraluxe.com. For Amazon orders, please get in touch with Amazon directly.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS

At A’Bora Luxe, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please get in touch with customerservice@aboraluxe.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include a description of the issue and pictures, if possible, so our agents can better assist you. A’Bora Luxe will not cover any third-party purchases.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Continental USA Returns

Return requests for domestic orders can be made through our return portal link below.

Returns placed through this portal for refund to the original method of payment are subject to a return handling fee equivalent to the shipping label cost. Returns through the portal for store credit/gift card are subject to a $2 handling fee.  This will be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Please click here https://aboraluxereturns.com to submit a return.
  2. The return portal will request your order number and shipping zip code. The order number can be found on your confirmation email. For assistance, please get in touch with customerservice@aboraluxe.com
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and include the reasons for return.
  4. Select between the options to return for a refund to the original payment method or to a digital gift card.
  5. Please follow the instructions in the portal to complete the request.
  6. You will be provided with a prepaid return label via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
  7. Package your return item in the original A’Bora Luxe packaging (if available); otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  8. A’Bora Luxe will process the refund when the returned items are received and processed at our Distribution facility. This can take up to 30 days.

Please note that the above portal will not work for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Please contact: customerservice@aboraluxe.com

Canadian Returns

Please contact: customerservice@aboraluxe.com for all Canadian returns within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return.  

A’Bora Luxe Customer Service representative will reply within 24 to 48 hours. If the return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RA Number) and a return form.

We will process your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, and return shipments must be sent with a tracking number.

International Orders

Please contact: customerservice@aboraluxe.com with your order number for more information. International returns are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes, duties, and applicable tariffs are NOT refundable for International orders. 

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion, or may lead to the closure of your aboraluxe.com account.

LATE RETURNS

Late returns after the return period are only accepted at the discretion of A’Bora Luxe.

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please get in touch with customerservice@aboraluxe.com to request an order cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We do our best to fulfil orders quickly, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
